Read on for my thoughts on A Bad Boy For Christmas. No true spoilers, promise.
I loved A Bad Boy For Christmas – Cutter and Mia are so perfectly matched, and enjoyed the other’s attitude without once wanting to change a thing about them.
Mia and Nash had been through the foster care system together, while not actually related they thought of each other as family. When Nash made the decision to confront his father Mia went along with him for support… and to toss in her own measure of disdain or help depending on how things went. Mia was a badass, take no prisoners, tell it to your face without regrets type of woman – and one when nervous those attributes came out even stronger. Nash was quieter, more inclined to keep his thoughts to himself. While Nash was not a weak man, he was in many ways a broken man considering his upbringing. He wants answers from the man identified as his father. He just wants answers. He’s not looking for a family, too late for that but he does want to know how his father could have left him with a woman who at age 4 tried to sell him for drugs resulting him being placed into the foster system.
Cutter, Eli and Caleb’s world spun out of control when they laid eyes on the woman and man approaching the marina. There was absolutely no doubt of denying this stranger’s parentage – he could have been Cutter’s twin. Now came the details of working out relationships, contacting the parents who were out of town on an anniversary trip and figuring out how to bring Nash – and Mia – into the family fold. Add to that monumental task, factor in the obvious, hot attraction from the very start between Mia and Cutter… and you have one emotionally packed story.
A Bad Boy For Christmas is a sexy, emotional, and entertaining story of romance and the expanding of an established family. Mia and Cutter are both strong, independent people who are accustomed to being in control. What they discover is that two hot headed people can in fact become a strong couple when the accept each other for exactly who they are and celebrate their differences. The story surrounds not only the sexual tensions between Cutter and Mia, but how a totally unknown brother can be brought into a family without question and how the dynamics change for the better.
Looking for an intense, entertaining romance this Christmas season? Then pick up A Bad Boy For Christmas, this is one you’re going to want to experience for yourself.
