I can tell you immediately that CHRISTMAS AT SLEIGH BELL FARM is going onto my yearly re-read Christmas Romance list. That should be a good indicator of how much I loved Rachel and Lucky – add to that returning to my favorite fictional town of Marietta, Montana is just extra whipped cream on my hot chocolate feeling.
Come prepared to fall in love with a man who has a dream yet steps in to help his grandparents keep their family farm and business together. His dream may not have been what he’s trained for, but he still intends to go for it… one day. And perhaps that day is sooner than anyone thought. With a contest to tell the story of the best first kiss ever offering free advertising for the winner, well, Lucky’s grandparents have the most amazing first kiss story that should bring in that prize. His future was about to come to Marietta as Rachel arrives for her podcast. That tingling attraction between them is very real yet her caution about being heartbroken once again, and his commitments to his grandparents and his dream might slow their future down. Add in some adorable animals, grandparents who deserve their own love story told for they are amazing, sprinkle liberally with Christmas magic and you’ll find the type of romance that will pull you back into this world year after year.
I will devour stories, and return to the author that brings me realistic, believable, captivating romance – and Kaylie Newell’s CHRISTMAS AT SLEIGH BELL FARM does all of that and more. I am so looking forward to the next story in this series. Ready for some Christmas magic? Then you’ll find it here in Marietta with Rachel and Lucky. I had an excellent time in this world and would not hesitate to recommend this one for anyone who loves an emotional, believable romance any time of the year.
