The RavenStorm Witches have taken the art of revenge to an all new level.

Hilarity ensues when Maeve and the rest of her Coven of Bitches take on the liars, manipulators, and bullies who’ve hurt or betrayed their loved ones.

And for those needing a little something extra… there’s always the stock from the better-off-dead potions cabinet.

Read on for my thoughts on RavenStorm Witches – A Coven of Bitches.  No true spoilers, promise.

Let me be 100% truthful and tell you that the very first thing that drew me to this novel was the cover.  I mean look at that!  It just cries out “Come, open me and I’ll take you on a wickedly delicious adventure.”  Well, that’s what it said to me anyway.  (and yes, book covers do talk to me – they don’t talk to you too?)

Then I started reading.  Oh. My. Word.

Do you have people you know or know of who do incredibly nasty things to people?  Like hurt animals, or lie to loved ones, or are complete pigs in their attitude toward women?  Then you are going to nod, and giggle and chortle and fistpump and laugh so hard your stomach is going to hurt for a full day.  And then you’re going to say to yourself – where is my local chapter of the coven of bitches and how soon can I join.  I love these women,  I want to be adopted by them or at the very least be friends with them.

I want to say right now.. no, beg – Ms McKenzie?  Can we please, please have more stories from the Coven of Bitches?  Please?

Okay, alright – I’ll calm down now.  RavenStorm Witches – A Coven is Bitches is about nine women – mothers, daughters, sisters not all related by blood ties but by much stronger bonds as sisters of the heart every single one.  Each section is the tale of one of the RavenStorm Witches and a situation that they, and their coven are dealing with at the moment.  The solutions to each problem are perfectly delightful, funny and effective.  Each bad person has a spell cast upon them – and it harm none is followed – but that doesn’t mean there won’t be some uncomfortable moments for these nasty pieces of work.  And the results are so funny and just.  Every single person gets exactly what they deserved, and hopefully learns the lesson taught by the coven.

But watch out for Sheva – when she runs out to do an “errand” somebody’s gonna get it and she means business.  She is the only one who raids the better-off-dead- potion cabinet… and are those potions ever effective.  *evil cackling laughter can be heard*

Do you need a good laugh today?  Would you love to see wrongdoers get their just reward?  You know you want to know what the better-off-dead potions do, right?  Then go out and pick up a copy of RavenStorm Witches – A Coven of Bitches.. now, right now.  I can’t guarantee it (there are none of those in reading)… but I’m betting that you will laugh, giggle and think “well done ladies” just as I did.  This is an amazingly funny, witty, laugh out loud rumble of a book and I hope you get the chance to experience the fun of seeing bad people get exactly what they deserve.

*I received an e-ARC of RavenStorm Witches – A Coven of Bitches from the publisher and NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. That does not change what I think of this novel.*
