StackingTheShelvesStacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks!

I swore I was gonna be good this past week.  *sigh*  But you know all about those best laid plans, right?  It’s that 1-click-addiction to free ebooks and the under $3.00 clicks that get me in so much trouble.  Plus I just might have gone a bit crazy on NetGalley’s Read Now section when I saw a couple series there… 80% level comes and goes so easily.  🙁   Ah, well.  At least they all qualify for the TBR Challenge ‘cos most were ones I’ve wanted for a while now.

From Amazon there was:

A Quick BiteAir Boundearth boundThe Witch Who Cried WolfFalling For A Wolf

And from the Read Now section at NetGalley I was tempted by:

Deja DateThe Catalain book of SecretsGetting It right

It could have been a lot worse.  And thankfully, a large majority are novellas so the reading will go fast.  Does anyone have a cure for the 1-click-blues?  😉

Yes, it could have been much worse – and at times, it has. lol I’m trying so hard to get the TBR pile lowered… not raised. 🙂

Thanks so much for visiting – I’m heading for bed now, but will check out your stacks in the morning.

A couple are old favorites and the others are brand new to me. I definitely will enjoy them.

      Thanks for visiting.

There was also Spirit Bound before these last two… it is a very good series. Time to catch up. 🙂

Oh, you’re welcome. I enjoyed wandering around your site.

      Thanks for the visit. 🙂

I like the haul when I get a chance to read old favorites plus add some new authors as well. I’m looking forward to reading them.

      Thanks for visiting. 🙂

I am rarely successful at talking myself out of books – unless there are moths flying out of my wallet that is – then I just go to the library 🙂 But yes – total agreement. I really do try to not get more than I can review quickly – but I’m addicted to books. The only thing in my favor is that I DO review what I request, so they aren’t just sitting on shelves.

Thank you for stopping by 🙂

Falling for a Wolf looks really good. Enjoy it and thanks for stopping by Bitches n Prose!

It does indeed. I love Paranormals, I think they will always be my first love in the reading list. Falling for the Wolf is up next to be read so we’ll see soon.

      Thanks for visiting. 🙂

  4. Oh dear, now I feel slightly guilty by tempting you with books! *ahem* I was being good this year until a recent splurge has seen a few brown Amazon boxes coming down the path attached to delivery drivers…In fact I’m waiting on a 7 book package today…Thanks for visiting my STS!

*grins* No worries at all. I just cannot seem to pass up those 1-click books. So it is a totally good thing, really. Just means there are more in the TBR pile. I, unfortunately, no longer just look for the delivery guys n gals… Kindle has made instant gratification in books very possible. lol

Thanks so much for stopping by. 🙂
