Being the good twin isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Abby Levesque knows that better than anyone. While her sister drifts through life carefree, Abby’s left to clean up her messes. The latest mess? Hudson Quinn— the hot, angry billionaire on her doorstep demanding she accompanies him to Paris. He’s obviously mistaken her for her twin, Gabby, who happens to be his assistant. Too bad Gabby is nowhere to be found. If Abby wants to fix her sister’s latest blunder, she’ll have to pretend to be someone else for two weeks—preferably someone who isn’t wildly attracted to her mercurial boss…
As far as Hudson’s concerned, his sexy-but-flaky new personal assistant is just another in a long line of terrible decisions and failures in his life. But he’s working on the deal of a lifetime—a deal that could change everything for him—and he needs her help to close it. The last thing he ever expected was to connect with her on a soul-deep level.
Falling in love wasn’t part of the job, and when Hudson finds out who she really is, Abby’s terrified he’ll never forgive her. With a billion-dollar deal—and both their hearts—on the line, can Abby convince Hudson she’s the right twin for him?

Lies, even ones with good intentions, will always -always- come back to bite you. Abby learns this in a most heartbreaking fashion as she makes the snap decision to take her flighty, irresponsible twin’s place when Gabby’s employer shows up expecting her to drop everything and leave, right now, on a business trip to Paris where he must close a billion-dollar deal. Abby has always been the one to pick up the pieces of her sister’s life and decisions so to pretend to be Gabby shouldn’t be a huge deal, after all, she can speak French like a natural as well. The troubles come when emotions get involved, and betrayal is felt by the one person who could have Abby’s heart forever — except he thinks he’s falling for Gabby.
Everything you really need to know about THE BAD TWIN is in the Cover Description. I found Abby and Hudson’s story to be engaging, fast-moving, with intense emotions and two people that I cared about needing them to find some way out of this web of lies that are keeping them apart. I understood each of their sides. Betrayal, especially when you let down your guard to allow someone to touch those hidden places in your heart is beyond painful. So I got why Hudson reacted as he did.
Watching Abby and Hudson fall in love and work their way through their troubles to a happy ending was an engaging, emotional journey. I’d not hesitate to recommend THE BAD TWIN to anyone who enjoys a solid romance, switching identities and overcoming well-intentioned lies.
