Read on for my thoughts on A Ghostly Gift.  No true spoilers, promise.

A Ghostly Gift is a sweet, fast paced novella in the Southern Ghost Hunter Mysteries series.  Because this is a short story I don’t want to give away much at all.

Verity and Frankie (the gangster ghost) are settling into their unusual friendship.  Unfortunately, Verity is still broke, but in possession of her home.  Even though her sister, Melody knows to keep the ghost hunting thing a secret she has a job for the ghost hunters.  It seems her friend’s resale shop is having some ghostly troubles.  The shop owner knows that her old shop is haunted, but lately trouble has been breaking out around one item – and she needs it to stop.

Fall into a lovely story of war-torn lovers and find out how our ghost hunters solve their mystery.

I love when novellas show up in between the release of full length novels, it keeps us involved with characters we have come to enjoy.  A Ghostly Gift is such a novel.  We get to catch up a bit on Verity’s life and add a new face plus a few ghost to the series.  Plus a love story always deserves a happy ending – no matter what plane of existence that might be on.

Indulge yourself in a fast read, a sweet love story and another mystery solved.  Lovers of the paranormal, mysteries and romance will enjoy A Ghostly Gift.
