Former rodeo star Wyatt Emmerson leads a quiet life. He’s busy working with his dad and raising his daughter on his own. Romance is the last thing on his mind, but when McKenna St. Claire crosses his path, life takes a turn that Wyatt never saw coming.
McKenna doesn’t sit still well; traveling the world has always been her favorite pastime. She’s vowed to stay in Marietta for her family, but is ready to pack her bags as soon as her twin nephews are born. But a wounded cowboy and his young daughter steal her heart, making her question what she really wants in life. Will she take a risk on love and call Marietta her home?
Title: Finding Her Montana Cowboy

My Rating: 4.5 stars
We’ve had glimpses of McKenna and Wyatt in this series, yet their romance was certainly an emotional journey that neither really expected. While I really liked Wyatt and McKenna together they do have some issues to be dealt with, and letting someone in isn’t easy for either of them. Yet it was one little half-pint, Kaiti, who made this story come alive for me. This little sweetheart has been through a lot in her short life and to see the affection and caring that she and McKenna discover just grabbed my heart and didn’t let go.
Two people who, on the surface, seem to be opposite poles from each other find a way to make love work in Finding Her Montana Cowboy. I’ve enjoyed this series from the start and hopefully we’ll catch up with this family again somewhere in Marietta, Montana – seems folks always know your name in this lovely small town. *grin* I’d not hesitate to recommend this story or this series to any Contemporary Romance reader who loves a good solid story, likable characters, lively secondary characters and that magical ingredient called love.
*I received an e-ARC of this novel from the publisher via NetGalley. That does not change what I think of this story. It is my choice to leave a review giving my personal opinion about this book.*
