If there is one novella in the 12 Days of Christmas series that sparkles, for me it has to be Angie Fox’s The Tenth Dark Lord a’ Leaping.  I mean, come on – another chance to catch up with Lizzie, Dimitri, Pirate, Flappy, and the grandma biker witches of the Red Skulls… hell, yeah.

For Lizzie and Dimitri’s first Christmas they’d planned a party… not a road trip with an unexpected demon at the end of the bike ride.  Expect all the snark and excitement as usual, only on a shorter more,, shall we say, festive level.  Hey, there are decorating spells involved.  🙂

I enjoyed this one very much.  It’s always fun to revisit with Pirate, the talking dog and his pet dragon, Flappy.  And, of course, the rest of the crew.  If you haven’t encountered this other series yet, this is a fun introduction to it.  Enjoy.
